Biography
Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Oliver is a clarinettist with a lifelong passion for orchestral, chamber and solo performance. He has performed as Guest Principal Clarinet for the Melbourne Symphony and Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, as well as touring nationally with Opera Australia, Australian Youth Orchestra and the Royal Melbourne Philharmonic. Oliver performs regularly with the MSO, Orchestra Victoria and West Australian Symphony Orchestra. He is an alumnus of MSO Academy, Australian National Academy of Music and the University of Western Australia Conservatorium of Music.
Oliver has collaborated with Elena Kats-Chernin and performed in masterclasses for Sabine Meyer and Andreas Ottensamer.
